Our Chairman, Dwight Rice, founded D.E. Rice Construction in 1986 and has vast experience developing industrial and municipal projects, from landfills and heavy civil projects to hazardous waste facility closures and wastewater treatment facilities.

In 1999, these industry leaders began combining their expertise to form Rice Environmental, a remediation company with experience, knowledge, and the financial strength to quickly become one of the nation’s leading remediation, environmental technology and contracting firms.
